Reporting to - CEO

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • To produce marketing communications material for internal employees, corporate clients and company partners including:

o   Web site management and ownership

o   Company brochures & case studies

o   Social media updates & press releases

o   Corporate newsletter and employee communications

  • Investor (new and current) point of contact for general enquiries – gateway to the CE
  • Customer PR – Allows for perceived escalation on complaints etc. without the need for the exec team to be involved
  • Reviewing and enforcing brand and corporate messaging guidelines across the company’s websites, print, and electronic publications
  • Ownership of the CRM to maintain consistency and provide the link between sales and management regarding output in the form of reports and data analysis
  • Coordinate corporate functions such as Board meetings and be responsible for content organization & presentation
  • Developing marketing plans on a regional basis including budget
  • Ownership of training manuals, product sheets and technical publications
  • Overseeing contracts with external vendors
  • Responsible for drafting, editing and proofreading documents from a corporate perspective

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a communications manager for a similar organisation
  • Highly articulate individual with excellent written communication and presentation skills essential
  • Bachelor’s degree qualified of at least a 2.1, Candidates with a master’s degree in marketing/media or related discipline will be given preference
  • A proven ability to lead communications strategies in other organisations
