PBE Fleet is a suite of specialized software modules running on a ruggedized computing platform, which is installed on-board the mining fleet with GPS and wireless mesh capabilities. PBE Fleet links on-board vehicle systems back to the office for real-time management of your fleet. Operators also engage directly with the FMS through the in-cab screen.

Product Description

PBE Fleet enables real-time production decision-making by monitoring and recording each step of the haul truck load cycle, both in cab and remotely. It also supports proactive maintenance regimes to reduce the effect of in-service failures and unscheduled downtime. PBE Fleet can help improve machine availability while decreasing maintenance and lost production costs associated with in-service failures.

 

Production

Enables real-time production decision-making by monitoring and recording each step of the haul truck load cycle. Remote access and overview across the site on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis.

Via the in-cab display, a variety of data is provided directly to the vehicle operator including individual load pass and total tonnage, BCM, Material, Location, Activity, Centre-of-gravity data, Shift statistics etc.

 

Maintenance

Allows decision makers access to real-time data of equipment’s health and events through our interface to on board vehicle management systems.

This supports proactive maintenance regimes to reduce the effect of in-service failures and unscheduled downtime. The data can then be visualized and analysed graphically, presented on real-time dashboards and viewed in user friendly reports.

 

Guidance

The guidance module increases operational accuracy by providing the vehicle user easy to understand information, while minimising operator distraction.

The system improves payload distribution, accuracy of dig location and overall material management.
