Christa Glassburn

Christa became the Chief Operating Officer of PBE in October 2011. With extensive experience in lean manufacturing and process engineering, Christa is focused on fully supporting PBE's continued growth with industry-leading global operations.

Christa holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and is a certified Project Management professional. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University's School of Education. Prior to joining PBE Christa worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation specializing in business process re-engineering with Human Resource information systems and resource planning. Christa credits her years as a Manufacturing Engineer at General Motors Powertrain in Flint, Michigan for her knowledge and passion of manufacturing and operations.
